| The client is looking to fill the direct hire position of Project Manager in South-West Houston, TX
Job Description:
The Project Manager will manage the full technical solution provided to the client, including all business process definition and implementation, application of technology for process improvement, and adoption of the solution by the client. They must also plan/analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, providing project management and technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, developing and implementing systems.
Duties:
Manage high-profile client’s expectations and deliverables, dealing with all levels of client organization
All Project Management activities to implement a defined business and technical solution for a client to automate the processes using RealEC Technology
Develop statements of work, define project scope, create project plans and documentation
Manage the project plan and development, including all phases, activities, milestones, tasks, deliverables, and dependencies; Work with project team members to gather estimates for activities and tasks and update project plan
Interface with clients and management and establish and maintain strong customer and/or internal relationships
Document requirements, technical specifications, and test outlines/plans
Effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications for development resources
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Finance, Computer Science or related discipline
Experience:
Minimum of 3-4 years project management experience; Managing successful implementations/projects
Proved experience analyzing and defining business processes, and applying technical solutions
Experience working with high-profile, large clients managing system implementations
Experience in Web-based development environment
Experience in documenting proposals, requirements, specifications, test plans
Specific Skills:
Solid organizational/management skills, Exceptional communication and client skills
Ability to work under deadlines and maintain attention to details.
Excellent organizational skills, including technical writing skills.
Experience working with various business models, project leadership, systems design and maintenance, research, analysis and problem solving, detailed planning, and organization
