We are looking for NEW Business Development Managers to bring in new job orders / requirements to fill. We are not seeking Account Managers to farm or manage account. We have a very robust recruiting team of 13 ready to fill requirements; we lack the job orders and thats the skill we are seeking.
TEAM International Services, Inc. (since 1991) is a U.S. owned IT Professional Services Company that provides world-class IT and Healthcare IT Staffing solutions. TEAM International is seeking Business Development / Account Managers to hunt and build our national accounts. TEAM is headquartered in Lake Mary, FL (Orlando). All positions are remote positions working from your current location.
Compensation:
All positions are Initially Commission Only for Perm and/or Consulting Placements
Once book of business is established; negotiations are open to convert to a full time staff member
TEAM International has delivered fully qualified IT and Healthcare IT professionals since 1991 for contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Identify new market opportunities for TEAM
Experience selling Staffing services to Hospitals and Healthcare organizations.
Experience in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) IT Staffing. Specific technologies include but are not limited to Siemens, Eclipsys, Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts/Mysis, McKesson, etc.
Generate new sales within prospective territory and develop TEAM/Client relationship
Conduct scheduled sales presentations at industry events to promote TEAMs products and services
Function as liaison between client and TEAM, consulting player and recruiter
Interview all candidates that are submitted to clients
Proactive follow-up on each candidate submitted by recruiting
Must demonstrate assertiveness, persistence, competitiveness, enthusiasm and sense of urgency.
Must have experience selling staffing / consulting services.
