| Description |
We are looking for an experienced .net developer for our client to provide development assistance within their IT group on a variety of projects using Microsoft based technologies. This position requires ability to work with existing code to fix bugs and add changes/enhancements as requested as well as development of new product applications from scratch.
Duites:
- Involved in the full systems life cycle of the project and be part of designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting applications software that is delivered on time, within approved budget and in line with business objectives.
- Make recommendations towards the development of new software or reuse of existing software. participate in component and data architecture design, performance engineering, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations.
- Break down business requirements into activities and artifacts that when realized, produce software that meets the business requirements.
- Develop code artifacts, modules, classes, methods, scripts, etc. along with corresponding unit test artifacts.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates will also have the following skill sets: Minimum of 5 years of experience in .Net applications development focused in systems development and programming.
- 5+ years experience programming in C# and ASP.Net
- Experience working with WCF Microsoft ASP .NET 2.0, .NET, VB, SQL 2005, Stored Proc, AJAX 2.0 and Java, VSS Studio as IDE. Compiled and executable source code in MS ASP .NET, VB, AJAX 2.0. Compiled and executable stored procs in SQL 2005.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience in similar work environment.
- Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills are a must
