We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to work on our clients new projects initiatives.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Quality Analyst , you will enhance our clients* experience by verifying our data processing results and ensuring the integrity of client data. You will partner with data providers, clients and internal support teams to identify and correct global data issues. Based on your analysis, you will propose improvement opportunities. You will maintain key data relationships that control the end-user experience. You will use your quality skills not only on data analysis but also testing new data transformation applications. Your attention to detail will drive a passion for maintaining clean, consistent and complete data. In this critical role, you will be sought as a subject matter expert on the Client's data. Your excellent communication skills will drive positive interaction with clients to understand their needs and educate them on the Client's data products.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years in a role where data analysis, data transformation, data reconciliation or data presentation drove increased client satisfaction scores and higher adoption of products and services
• 
  Proven experience applying quality techniques (e.g. Six Sigma) to data focusing on how data drives the end-user experience.
• 
  Ability to write SQL queries and analyze large data sets resulting in problem resolutions and improvement recommendations.
• 
  Proven ability to read raw data files and compare with transformed data to identify processing problems.
• 
  Desire and capacity to learn about the financial services industry and wealth management products that will be used to enhance the end-user experience.
• 
  Proven experience writing test plans to ensure the quality of data related applications.
• 
  Ability to engage in high-level technical conversations in order to identify data standards and benchmarks.
• 
  Proven experience collaborating with clients to ensure that their problems are resolved quickly and completely.
