Only licensed public school teachers with no gaps in the past three years of their teaching experience will be considered for these positions.
**Teach Away is now hiring Elementary and Secondary School Teachers from Commonwealth countries. Teachers must hold a degree from one of the following countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

Contract Duration: 16-24 months
Location: Brunei, South East Asia (see description below)
Student Level: Primary, Secondary
Working Hours: 16-21 hours/week; Fridays and Sundays off
Yearly Salary: B$42,000 - B$77,000; Tax Free with yearly increments
Visa: Provided by the school
Number of Vacancies: 40
Housing: Free or heavily subsidized spacious, furnished accommodation
Flight: Return airfare + baggage allowance
Vacation: 10 weeks
Medical Insurance: Subsidized private group health insurance
Additional Benefits: Up to 2 children receive subsidized private education; interest free car loan; settling-in allowance of B$500-B$1,500
REQUIREMENTS
• University undergraduate degree from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, South Africa (preferably in English/Linguistics/Humanities)
• Certified teacher/teacher accreditation (PGCE, Bed, DipT, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years classroom experience within the past 5 years
• TEFL/TESL certification preferred, but not essential
• Native English Speaker
