Job Description:
Leading mail order Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a Business Analyst/Campaign Production to support their growing organization. Bring your knowledge of direct marketing processes to assist its customers to reduce their cost and enhance the quality of prescription drug benefits nationwide. You’ll be charged in lead generation and reporting in support of driving communications and marketing product & programs initiatives.
Required Skills:
• One to two years of professional experience
• BA\BS degree preferred
• Previous experience in a data mining environment, devoted to contact list generation and/or response analysis is desired
• At least two years of SQL experience is required
• An understanding of database marketing programs, so as to be effective in soliciting business needs and translating them into technical specifications
• Ability to assess required levels of effort, set appropriate expectations, make recommendations for optimal process design and support the use of best practices
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Experience in Direct Marketing, Insurance and/or Pharmaceutical Benefit Management Industry preferred
Job Responsibilities:
• This position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of member, physician, and client communication programs utilizing a third-party campaign management tool (i.e. Affinium Campaign)
• The position requires the individual to research and understand information sources, so as to apply functional requirements toward the development of communication campaigns
• Candidates must be able to function in a fast paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects
• This position will report to the Manager of Campaign Solutions
Additional Job responsibilities Include:
• Data extraction, data cleansing, list generation, data investigation and analysis supporting marketing programs
• Support long term initiative to migrate campaign processing from alternate environments to a campaign management tool, using a relational database
• Routine interaction with multiple data sources, including relational Teradata database and/or data mart.
• Establish and execute processes for Quality Control
• Communicate ideas verbally and in writing to project team
• Develop logical process flows to optimize processes
• Translation of functional requirements to technical specifications
