Project Manager (Senior BI Programmer / Analyst)

A large financial services company is looking for a Project Manager who will be doing the specifications, project plans, inclusive of timelines and can coach and train the company’s staff. This consultant will need to do knowledge transfer to the team and help put the project plan together.

The Senior BI Programmer / Analyst (Project Manager) is the critical link between business users and the BI Development team and must have strong requirements gathering, project scoping, design, development and analytical leadership skills.  The position is responsible for guiding and coordinating all aspects of BI project implementation and analysis, including requirements gathering, technical specification, detailed data mapping, unit testing and end user acceptance testing.

The company is wanting to Install BI Suite inclusive of building a data warehouse with SAS Datasets, OLAP Cubes and use this in the most current SAS Datamart concept. Given time later they will want some automation done but primarily need reports created in a much quicker fashion.
